The author Yanislav Tachev was born on May 5, 1966 in Balchik, Bulgaria. He graduated the Bulgarian National Sport Academy “Vasil Levski” (ex VIF “G. Dimitrov”). 4-times world champion, multiple national, Balkan and European champion, sportsman with more than 25 years of practice. President of SC “Apolon” and International Federation of Body Building and Fitness.

During his sport career, still going on, Yanislav Tachev has been interested and has been collecting sport and medicine information about this topic. It can be said with confidence that he is one of the most competent people in this area in the world.
